TENDER DESCRIPTION
Safe Ireland is a national development and coordination body with
responsibility for Domestic Violence with four distinct functions:
investigating the causes and effects of coercion and violence based on
sex, gender and sexuality, particularly against women and against
children; delivering frontline refuge, support and outreach services;
developing best practice guidelines for skilled community-led domestic
violence responses; influencing civil society and national strategic
policy. It now seeks a contractor to upgrade its existing website to
optimise its functionality for a range of different users and to
future-proof its capability for emerging and anticipated new
technologies.
It is essential that tender applicants respond to all the specified
requirements in the tender document. Applicants must provide a
